Host Your Own Retreat
We are a retreat facility designed to provide a unique place of ministry in a forested environment, where churches and Christian organizations subscribing to our Statement of Faith can reach the lost for Christ and pursue spiritual growth through the study of God’s Word.
Building your own retreat allows you the flexibility to schedule your own events, choose your own speakers and goals, and privacy of your own group. We provide the staff for activities, meals, and accommodations, and you plan the rest. Come see what Palomar Christian Conference Center can do for your group!
What is the minimum group size needed to make a reservation?
We generally book groups of at least 20 people. We can also make a reservation for less than 20 people, but no more than one month in advance (call in June if interested in July).
What’s the difference between dorm- and motel-style accommodations?
The majority of our accommodations are dorm-style: lodges with rooms of anywhere between 1 and 4 sets of bunk-beds (bring your own pillow and sleeping bag.)
- Each Lodge has its own restrooms and showers (Floor Plans are available ). Dorm-style is less expensive than motel-style.
- Only our Spruce Lodge and Stella Wright Cottage are motel-style. We provide the linens and towels in these rooms—all you need to bring is your favorite toothbrush and other personal items. There are also fewer people to a room (5-6 in each Spruce room, up to 10 in Stella).
Pricing
We charge per person, and those prices are determined by two factors: style of accommodation, and number of nights/meals. Reduced prices for children and mid-week discounts are available. A current rate-sheet is available upon request. We guarantee you a meeting room—at no extra charge!
We do a have a listing of activities available.
