Yet far too often we disqualify ourselves because of selfish ambitions, misguided confidence, lack of training, knowledge, and discipline. To equip, encourage, and empower youth to be the very leaders Christ calls us to be (John 13:12-17) COR Leadership has been designed as a three tiered discipleship program that is a biblical response to what leadership should and must be.
COR Leadership can be run in two separate and very dynamic environments. From the creature comforts of our conference center to trekking through the majestic mountain terrain of Palomar, we offer you the ability to run COR leadership from both. Each “Phase” can be run as an independent session or combined into one condensed conference.
