We offer many activities located on campus as well as several activities near by. Call our office for more information!

Horseback Riding

Saddle up for a ride down our forested trails or inside our very own arena! Rides are available by request only and last for about an hour, with up to 7 riders per ride.

Trail ride: $25 per person; must be 9 years old

Arena Ride: $5 per person; must be able to walk, up to 9 years old

Weight Limit: check with the office

Sign-ups in the office: first come, first served.

Paintball

We provide the referee, masks, markers and paint; you provide the survival instinct.

Paintball is by request only and sign ups are first come, first served for $20. You must be 11 to play and MUST use our equipment. Up to 18 players per session.

 

Zip Line

For those wanting an aerial view of Palomar, try out our 650 ft long zip line that will have you soaring over 60ft in the air!

Cost is just $4 per ride, or $10 unlimited.

The zip line is open 1:30pm – 4:30pm when requested.

 

Archery

You’ll be right on target at our Archery Range! We have bows ranging from 15-35 lbs. No compound bows allowed.

Archery is open from 1:30 – 4:00pm when requested and is free of charge.

Rifle Range

Shoot 22 caliber rifles at spinning targets and 20 gauge shotguns at skeet launched from our gun range.

Range is open from 1:30pm–5:00pm when requested.

BB’s are free, Skeet is 3 shots for $2, and Rifles are 10 shots for $2

Please request our rifle policies if you are interested in bringing your own guns.

Swimming Pool

Make a splash at the water slide or get a poolside tan. Our pool is supervised by a lifeguard and is open Memorial Day – September 30th.

The pool is open 1:30 – 5 pm when requested and is free of charge.

Conference attendees must wear modest clothing.  PCCC reserves the right to request conferees to change their clothing.  Please inquire as to specific dress requirements.

Campfire Rings

Enjoy sweet fellowship even after the sun goes down: three different campfire rings are available for reservation.

Camp Fire Rings are only available by reservation. Fire wood is provided and free of charge.

Ball Field, Basketball, Volleyball:

We have a volleyball court, basketball court, and ball field available for your foot ball game, water-balloon toss, or tournament.

Fields are only available by reservation and are free of charge.

Carpet ball, Horse Shoes, Ping Pong, Nok Hockey, and Bean Bag Toss!!

Have some down time? Enjoy some time playing ping pong, horse shoes, carpet ball, Nok hockey, or Bean Bag toss!

Horse Shoes and Carpet Ball, Nok Hockey, and bean bag toss are free. Ping Pong Balls are $.25

Night Sky / Night Hike

Our staff will lead you through our forested trails during the evening and point out constellations. We have a professional staff and telescope available for this staffed activity.

Night Sky/ Night Hike is available by request only. Call for availability and pricing.

Palomar Observatory

The world-famous Palomar Observatory is just a short drive away. Open 9:00am-4:00pm daily, they welcome school groups and sometimes allow for special tours.

Palomar Mountain State Park

Located adjacent to our property, Palomar Mountain State Park offers a myriad of hiking trails that interconnect with our own for virtually unlimited hiking possibilities. The State Park offers spectacular vistas and opportunities for outdoor exploration.

Please note that parking on State Park property requires a pass which may be obtained for $8 at the Park entrance.
